MECHANISM OF ACTION
The Shredded Stack brings together three compounds that each approach fat metabolism from a different angle. AOD-9604 directly triggers fat cells to break down their stored fat, without raising growth-related hormones. MOTS-C switches on the body's exercise-response system (AMPK), raising the metabolic rate, improving how the body handles sugar, and pushing muscles to use more fat for fuel in research models. Tesamorelin stimulates growth hormone to specifically target visceral fat (the fat stored deep in the abdomen around the organs), the mechanism behind its FDA approval. Because they work through three different pathways at once, the theory is that the combined effect is greater than any single compound alone.
RESEARCH APPLICATIONS
- Multi-pathway metabolic signalling research
- Adipose tissue research models
- Comparative blend pharmacology
RESEARCH HIGHLIGHTS
Three distinct pathways
The components act on separate signalling routes - lipolytic, AMPK-mediated and GH-axis - which is the rationale for studying them together. See individual compound pages.
